Meet the Founder

Syeda

Hi, I’m Syeda, a half Pakistani, half Filipina aka also the founder and artist behind Maison Nuralune, a Montreal-based art brand rooted in faith, emotion, and gentle creativity.

I’ve loved art since the age of 6. What began as simple sketches eventually evolved into a more intentional practice inspired by Arabic calligraphy, Ahlulbayt themes, and soft storytelling.

I started Maison Nuralune in 2018 as a highschool student, selling small art pieces to classmates. Today I'm a college student, I'm continuing to grow a space for meaningful, heartfelt creation 🤍

✦ Our Story — Maison Nuralune

Maison Nuralune is a Montreal-based art brand, founded in 2018, created from a young artist’s passion for meaningful creation.

The name Maison Nuralune holds special meaning: “Maison” reflects my French background and Montréal roots, while “Moon” is a cherished nickname that I've carried for years. This represent who we are and the journey we’re on — weaving identity, art, and passion into something bigger than ourselves.

In the beginning, this journey was very simple. As a student, I started by selling anime-inspired art to my classmates at school, never imagining it would grow beyond that small circle. As time passed, my style matured and my connection to faith deepened, allowing my art to naturally transform.

What once focused only on anime expanded into:
• Arabic calligraphy
• Shia & Ahlulbayt-inspired art
• Hand-painted works with spiritual meaning
• Custom pieces made for personal connection

Maison Nuralune became more than a small business — it became a reflection of growth, identity, and purpose.

Every order you make supports a young artist's chasing their dreams. We’re so grateful you’re here ✨

✦ Our Mission

Maison Nuralune exists & was created as a place where my art could exist honestly — without pressure, without noise. Who connect deeply with art that holds meaning.

Each piece is created slowly and intentionally, inspired by faith, emotion, and gentle imagination. The goal has never been to create mass-produced art, but to offer something personal — artworks that feel comforting, reflective, and sincere. It was not just about art — it’s about connection, growth, and creating something that feels real.

This brand is an extension of my journey as an artist, student, and individual still growing. Every creation carries a part of that journey, and every person who supports Maison Nuralune becomes part of the story

Thank you being apart of our journey.
